Homeowner Client Referral Program

Flood Zone Correction, Inc. announces a program for homeowner clients who refer qualified friends and neighbors for our flood zone correction service.

Referring clients to flood zone correction can yield big rewards. For each homeowner you refer to Flood Zone Correction, Inc. we will pay you five U.S. dollars ($5). For example:

  1. Refer 10 Homeowners = $50 to You!
  2. Refer 50 Homeowners = $250 to You!
  3. Refer 100 Homeowners = $500 to You!

Credit for your referrals must meet the following eligibility standards:

  1. The referral's home must qualify to be removed from the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA);

  2. You will receive credit for one person per home; and
  3. The referral must provide, in writing, your name as the referral agent. This notification must be in one of the following ways:
    1. Sign Up By Mail or Fax - In the cover letter sent with the Approval Form and property information, the referral must indicate that you referred them to Flood Zone Correction, Inc. The referral may also write your name at the top of the Approval Form.
    2. In Person Sign Up - The referral must write your name at the top of the Approval Form.

Flood Zone Correction, Inc. will calculate eligible referrals on a quarterly basis, and provide you with the number of eligible referrals on the 15th day of January, April, July, and October. You will receive a check for the amount of referral fees due to you within thirty (30) days of each calculation date.

The experience of previous and current storm seasons underscores the importance of flood risk awareness. Now, more than ever, property owners must protect their assets and be mindful of a program in dire need of reform.

Legislative hearings on the administration of the National Flood Insurance Program revealed many problems. Not only is the program in debt, but also the vast majority of the nation’s flood maps are inaccurate and the program benefits a small percentage of policyholders who own properties that are truly at high risk of flooding. In other words, the majority of low-risk property owners forced to buy high-risk flood insurance are paying premiums to subsidize primarily repetitive loss properties and a seriously flawed program.
