zone. Fees vary by building type
(home, condominium, commercial). For
homeowner clients with mortgages, an
insurance refund offsets our fee.
You receive our service at no extra
cost and save money every year going
forward. If we find that your home
or building does not qualify, there
are no fees or expenses due and you
have professional validation that
your flood insurance requirement is
justified.
